What an exciting day... and when the second coat is on the rooms will have a new realness ...completness. Have you started mentally to move furniture etc. into their spots? Do you have deck furniture yet? Outdoor eating and serving equipage? Wall decorations for your new indoor spaces? What color themes and styles will you go for in your studio/office? Think "walls" ;-)
I think I must be as excited for you as you are. What a gift and opportunity to be able to do all this.
