This is the proposed floor plan. The work that has been accomplished on this floor includes all new windows and all but one new door; on the right in the former garage, the room have been built (structural, electrical, plumbing) up to the sheetrock stage and have several coats of joint compound. The sunroom (on the left) also is ready for its next coat of joint compound. The deck on the left is built, but lacks steps and railings for now.

Hi, Thanks for the update plans. So, which entrance are you using for now, the new entrance hall, or the original living room door?
Are all the walls removed now from your great-room? Must look so much bigger. Your kitchen seems so much bigger. This is going to be so much better... all three of you can cook at once.
