The crew today rebuilds the lower basement west wall. They add a row of masonry block at the bottom, put pressure treated wood on top of that, then build a 2x6 wood wall. Sheathing goes on top, then the raindrop house wrap. They even install the Marvin all fiberglass Integrity double hung window. At the end of the day at least one half of this area is closed in. It helps deter that steady wind from the west.
