It's 33 degrees outside and Larry, warmly dressed in coat, hat & mittens and fortified with a double espresso, takes a masonry demo saw to the leaning CMU wall under the sunroom. They will rebuild the wall with pressure treated wood (to withstand the moisture), insulate it, and put in the window for the sauna.

Oh! This is where the sauna goes.I was picturing it in place of your current/former bathroom on the main floor. Well, I guess you could sit out on the deck here with a glass of wine after your sauna. You'll be so relaxed!
