Cliff Janssen sets to work removing old retaining walls and clearing rubble to get ready for drainage tile along south foundation.
Cliff and Larry talk drainage. We successfully hook up to the existing drain tile along the north side of the property.
Larry and Zack frame up the 2x8 floor joists for the new utility room.
