Day 41

Today the crew worked to finish wrapping up the exterior building envelope. In pops a French Casement window (we expect this is the window Patrick will climb out of when he's a teenager, sigh) and they apply building wrap (drain wrap) around most of the house, in places that got passed by on the first go round.

We're just not used to seeing a house so beautifully wrapped for cold weather. We get tar paper, chicken wire and stucco. The chicken wire is to hold up the stucco. You knew that. Your home is going to be so cozy.. and better insulated... you'll save a bundle on heating costs.
