Day 35 - The attic disappeared!

When every time you buy something, like a computer or printer, and you save the box, and toss it in your attic, well after 20 years you get three truckloads of cardboard to take to the recycle center. It was like looking at the history of computing to see the brand names on the boxes. First was our box for the Kaypro II, from 1983, several MacIntoshes, an iMac, and a slew of now obsolete printers, from daisywheel to ink jet to laser, and scanner boxes and.... and... and. I think the moral of the story is, boxes are cheap. Recycle them as soon as you can and go to a box store if you need another.

We had to take the boxes out of the attic because today Tom, Adriel and Zack took the attic out of the house. Tom laid up two courses of block at the bottom of the east wall, so we can raise the grade here.

I thought you should have some kind of window up there to let in more light. This is a little larger than I had in mind ;-)
