Day 29 - Re-structuring

Larry, Tom & Zack work on getting this corner of the house structurally sound. The scope of work has evolved into replacement of all exterior stud walls. Larry has figured out how to carefully pry the glider-wing paneling from the existing gyp board, for reapplication later.
The stud replacement may take place either from the interior or exterior, depending on the soundness of the sheathing and how much we're cutting apart the wall.

"Scope of work"... also spelled, "more money". We had a lot of "scope" when we did our kitchen, including code violations by the previous do-it-yourselfer.

Good news about the glider-wing paneling. It's unique as well as warm and cozy cottagie. Love it.
